I almost didn’t make it for my scheduled workout on Monday morning but then I reminded myself that a) I’ve never regretted a workout and b) I’m going to keep showing up for myself in the ways that I know make me feel more like myself.

I have so much gratitude for the wisdom that can only come with age and experience - putting my happiness first and giving less fucks.
