I had a lovely chat with Talia Chai of Talia Chai Wellness about self-care. We talked about taking the time to do things every day that make us feel good and get us out of the grind and routine.
We’re going to challenge ourselves for the next week to take part in a Self-Care Challenge. We’ll be picking one thing to do everyday for a week to pick us up and make our days brighter.
