Weekly Tarotscope March 12 – March 18, 2017

The suit of Pentacles relates to the element of earth and covers material aspects of life including work, business, trade, property, money, and other worldly possessions. Pentacles relate to the physical or external level of consciousness and mirror our outer situations of health, finances, work, and creativity. They have to do with what we make of our surroundings – our perspectives and perceptions – how we create, shape, and transform them, and how we grow through them. It brings our attention to the ego – our self-image and self-esteem.

The Daughter of Pentacles is represented by a fawn – she is young and may sometimes be a little naive. As she stands on a hilltop, she glances at her surroundings. Above her, hovers a rainbow of colours and a single pentacle or coin. This rainbow is a symbol of her optimism as she retains a positive outlook. She still has much to learn and must grow, but she steps out into the unknown with a strong sense of faith within herself. Though quite shy, she’s extremely hardworking and responsible and has vast amounts of inner strength. She reminds us to keep a positive outlook on things as we take on what we may otherwise feel difficult to handle.

What are you doing right now that’s working for you to deal with what life throws your way? (Keep doing that!) On the other hand, where can you build up your confidence to get out there and get moving rather than stepping out of the spotlight? Where can you apply a more optimistic view to make things lighter in your life? Where can you put in some work to strengthen your sense of self and heighten your self-esteem?

Until next week, xo
